Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Shipping time:
    • Domestic (Vietnam): 2–5 business days
    • International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, all nail products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once opened or used.
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@yuenailbox.com with your order number and photos of the product. We will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Please make sure you select the correct nail size, as we are not responsible for any issues caused by choosing the wrong size.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
